Anyone for tennis? Watch the Wimbledon final in style at The Swan in Salford

Now it's summer it's time to kick back and make the most of those long lazy days and the sunshine.

There's Elderflower Fizz, combining St-Germain elderflower liqueur, strawberries and Prosecco for an English seasonal winner; Reyka Berry Collins mixing Reyka vodka with Chambord, berries and soda for a slightly sweet summer cooler, and of course classic Pimm's.

As well as an all-new, all-day menu for summer that's packed with the season's produce.

Ready to give you a warm welcome whenever you visit is The Swan's new manager, Alex Callinan, a familiar face already from when she was number two at the pub.

After a stint at sister pub The Black Horse in Woburn, Alex has stepped up to be number one and already has her feet firmly under the table, making sure everyone has a good time.

The Swan has some special events planned for the summer including a Wimbledon Finals Party on Sunday (July 16) when you can bask in the sunshine and enjoy the excitement of another grand slam men's final and some fantastic British fare.
