Craufurd Arms to host Rock in Peace Memorial show this evening

Help Our Homeless MK will benefit from today's gig at The Craufurd Arms, which has been organised by the folks at Rock Hard Music.

Musicians from the area will also be swelling the coffers of The Mercury Phoenix Trust & the British Heart Foundation.

Seven acts will be playing tribute to some of the myriad of legendary musicians who have passed away in the last three years, and there have been way too many of them.

Bands and performers include homegrown soul sensations Soul Fever, young rockers Nigel’s Mind, suited & booted musical reprobates The Reformers, superb solo performer Mikki Fenton, the lively and fun party band The Moles, full throttle classic rockers, the mighty ‘Bite Me’ and the amazing rock & blues legend Mr Del Bromham.

Tributes will be paid to David Bowie, Lemmy, Malcolm Young, Chris Cornell, George Michael and more.

Milton Keynes is currently in the grip of a housing crisis, with more than 700 families in temporary shelter and living conditions, and 100s more unable to find shelter or afford stable living accommodation. Dig deep this evening, and help to make a difference.

Doors open at 6pm, and tickets are £3 each.
