GALLERY & VIDEO: GIVE SECOND-RATE FOOTWEAR THE BOOT IN FAVOUR OF DR.MARTENS

Dr Martens have long been a staple of TotalMK staff, but we aren't alone - throughout Dr. Martens history, the brand has been adopted and subverted by countless rebellious characters, subcultures and tribes. Dr. Martens wearers bring the shoes and boots to life, and should be recognised. These are the people who stand out from the crowd in their own unique way and for many, their journey of self-expression has always been accompanied by a pair of Dr. Martens. Now, the iconic brand is showing some of those wearers in its new Autumn/Winter campaign. Dr. Martens she has ever owned and runs two pubs; Luna studied Footwear Design at London College of Fashion and loves horror movies; Cai is a 4-year-old who proudly holds the title of youngest member of the North Wales Nomads Scooter Club. James’ photography has a strong reportage style, showing these people in their own environments. Each character has also given personal imagery to use within the campaign, be it a picture of them wearing DMs for the first time, or an album or book that means something to them. By opting for  ‘real’ models Dr Martens proves it is a brand with a style to suit every taste and age, as its new campaign video proves: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wKaac3zLE1c&index=4&list=P%20LGe6oh7p-bn8w08LIXhw-C0O9pXqfRE2k  Get the look: Dr Martens is resident in thecentre:mk at 91 Silbury Avenue, Milton Keynes, MK9 3AG
