GIG: Check in with Milton Keynes talents for a festive Friday at MK11

He has been away from the stage for the past three years, but not for much longer - singer-songwriter Freddy Armstrong (Holm) will play at MK11 on Friday night (Dec 23).

Those in the know say 'the warmth of his dedication and passion to the project is abundantly felt in his delicate mellow vocals, but, this time, Freddy won't be alone..'

Indeed Freddy has pulled together a quite fabulous array of multi-talented musicians and put together an alternative version of his older tracks and brand new material.

Heading to the stage with him for the session will be Nicole Collarbone (Cellolab) on cello, Chris Davy (Red Crow) on drums and Josh Gurner (Hacktivist) on bass.
Rich Patmore (Rise Bailey Rise) and Armstrong’s brother George Armstrong will warm up the harmonies.

Support is coming from MK familiar Graham Hulbert, who will show a decidedly different side to that which he cuts loose as a member of Our Man in the Bronze Age.

Also playing for you at the big bash will be Morad (Howlin Owls) and Kasia Wardman.

Doors open at 8pm.
