'International bright young things' Jesus Jones are coming to Milton Keynes

Pad Presents have a fab date for you this weekend - they are bringing Jesus Jones  to Milton Keynes as part of their mid-summer tour.

Blending rock and techno, Jesus Jones were one of shining lights of the early nineties alternative dance scene with such indie disco classics as 'Never Enough', 'Real, Real, Real' and the still amazing 'Info Freako'.

Not content with helping change the face of alternative music, Jesus Jones then cracked America, having a huge hit in the states with the anthemic 'Right Here, Right Now' and their massive selling second album 'Doubt'

Further hit albums followed, notably 1993's 'Perverse' before kicking into the live thing again in the mid-2000s.

Now they are back for some more, but they never really went away - there's no acrimonious split to be seen here, folks, just solid music-makers doing what they love.

Tickets for Saturday's (June 3) show at The Craufurd Arms date are sale here

Special guest support comes from Northampton alternative psychedelic quartet Sarpa Salpa.
