Music is the art form at Milton Keynes Gallery this weekend

Milton Keynes Gallery hosts live music this Saturday (Jan 20) with a triple tall bill of clever players...

Delphine Dora is a french pianist, vocalist, improviser and composer. Besides her solo work, she collaborated with musicians such as Half Asleep, Salvatore Borrelli, Bruno Duplant, Paulo Chagas, Eloise Decazes (Arlt) and she has performed with Lau Nau, James Blackshaw, Baby Dee, Liam Singer, Sophie Cooper, Aine O’Dwyer. She is also the founder of the Wild Silence label which has more than 20 releases.

Mocke is a french guitarist and composer based in Brussels and a key figure of the french alternative pop scene. Besides his solo work, he has collaborated with Arlt, Kelly de Martino, Transbluency, Chevalrex. He was a member of Holden and is now a member of the duo Midget ! with Claire Vailler.

Ben Pritchard & Sholto Dobie's music for guitar, voice and objects brings together a broad palette of acoustic experimentation with drifting song-like structures. Ben Pritchard released 'A Drawn Out Line' on Wagtail and plays in the Ashley Paul ensemble. Sholto Dobie has released music on Cosmovisión registros andinos and OtoRoku, and has played with with United Bible Studies, Ashley Paul and Ivor Kallin. He also runs the long-standing event series Muckle Mouth.

Tickets are £5 in advance, £6 on the doors.
