OCASAN: NEW SINGLE RELEASE AND CRAUFURD RETURN THIS WEEKEND

"Everyone calls Nathan, our bass player, Bear," says Ocasan drummer Luke, explaining the title of their new single, Kuma.

"The Japanese translation for bear is Kuma.  We thought it apt as the name Ocasan is also Japanese.

"We've gone a little more grunge rock with this number.  The new track is a mix of The Wildhearts and Weezer," he revealed.

You'll be able to hear as much this weekend too - Ocasan support Dinosaur Pile Up at The Craufurd Arms on Sunday night (May 31).

The Milton Keynes-based trio are back on British soil just now, following a trip to Italy where they've been working on their new album.

Cant wait until Sunday?

If you are quick, you can catch them live this week at the following:

Proud - Camden - May 28

Owl Sanctuary - Norwich - May 29

Ocasan then pack their wellies and wet-wipes, just in case, and make tracks to perform at the Isle of Wight Festival, between June 12 & 14.
