TECTONIC RIFFS AND INFECTIOUS MELODIES WITH LIONIZE AT THE CRAUFURD ARMS

We caught Lionize at play a couple of years back on tour with Maryland's finest, Clutch.

They did an admirable job too, engaging with a sell-out audience at Nottingham's Rock City venue, but we are looking forward to checking in with them in the distinctly more snug confines of The Craufurd Arms on Monday (May 9) evening.

The fella's are over here in support of new EP The Voyage, which is released next Friday and marks their 10th anniversary as a band perfectly – and shows them with a renewed sense of purpose.

Aside from their own headline dates, Lionize arrive in MK fresh from supporting Less Than Jake, and figuring in Camden's sterling Desert Fest line-up.

The Voyage is part of a wider project that will see the band release a series of E.P's in the lead up a new album.

From tectonic riffs to infectious melodies and classic groove goodies, Lionize have the sounds if you have a ticket, which are a snip at just a fiver.
