GALLERY: PASSENHAM'S 'HISTORICALLY IMPORTANT' ST GUTHLAC CHURCH

St Guthlac Church opened its doors to visitors on Bank Holiday Monday.

The site in the pretty village of Passenham has welcomed worshippers for centuries, and the church tower dates back to the 13th century.

St Guthlac is historically important too, thanks to its exquisite wall paintings which were discovered in the middle of the 20th century.
