THE FLYING SCOTSMAN VISITS MILTON KEYNES TO HOST CYCLE FESTIVAL

GO Outdoors welcomed 'The Flying Scotsman,' Graeme Obree to its Milton Keynes superstore today (Sat, July 18), to host a celebratory mini cycle festival.

Festivities included a Q&A session with the two time world record holder and jaw-dropping stunts by Dare 2b's M.A.D cycle team, the UK's largest Mountain bike stunt and display team.

A bouncy castle, face painter and in store treasure hunt also coloured up events.

Visitors also competed at the high intensity stationary bike race Rollapaluza, doing 'bike battle' for the title of GO Outdoors Ultimate Champion.

The company has invested hundreds of thousands of pounds into its cycling departments and staff across the country, ensuring they provide communities with the best selection of bikes on the market – the MK store boasts more than 100 different models including the Calibre bikes, which are exclusive to GO Outdoors.

I'm glad I was able to help GO Outdoors celebrate their growing cycle departments,” Graeme said.

It's great to see so many people taking up the sport and to have a superstore like GO Outdoors where, no matter what your level of experience, you can find the equipment that suits your needs.”
