But try as he might, loveable brown bear Hugless Douglas can't find the perfect one...until he realises the only way to get what he wants is to get a big bear hug from mum!
This Saturday (September 27) Blunderbus Theatre Company arrive at Stantonbury Campus with a stage production based on David Melling's picture-book.
Expect a show with lots of fun and - of course - happy hugging, and while the theatre piece and its endearing puppets have little people in mind as its target audience, this is great fun for grown-ups too.
It's a labour of love for Blunderbus is more ways than one - with every puppet, prop and piece of scenery hand-crafted at their company base in the heart of Sherwood Forest.
