ALAN TITCHMARSH GETS TO THE ROOT OF THE ISSUE AT FROSTS!

It's National Gardening Week, and Frosts Garden Centre wanted to celebrate in style.

They wanted to book someone special, 'leafing' nothing to chance.

Ideas came through in spades, but having raked them over (bear with us) there was only one man for the job; Alan Titchmarsh.

He's a man who knows his perennials from his biennials, and if you need help with yours, Alan will be happy to share his knowledge.

Alan will be at the Woburn Sands centre throughout Saturday (April 18), for a day of gardening talks and to meet and greet fans.

And he'll be signing his squiggle over copies of his latest page-turner too, with a book session from 1pm.

MPMG Alan Titchmarsh - Frosts Gardening Talks 18 April 2015

Alan will give two talks - at 11am he will give expert advice on how to turn your green space into a haven for wildlife, and then at 2pm he'll share his small garden secrets.

Entry to the talks are limited, and tickets cost £5 each.  That money will be donated to Supershoes, a foot-fancy charity which creates personalised canvas shoes for seriously ill and severely disabled children here in the UK.

The charity holds a special place among the Frosts team - Ken White, managing director of Frosts Landscapes actually set up the charity.

"We are delighted to welcome Alan back, he's a good friend of Frosts and we are excited that he's going to host this day of talks for our visitors," said  James Frost, managing director of the gardening hub.
