ENJOY A DICKENS OF A DAY OUT OLNEY WAY....

The traditional Dickens of a Christmas will be in full flow in Olney on Sunday (Dec 6).

The Christmas Fair boasts the best Mulled Wine for miles (one cup is never enough) which is the perfect accompaniment to keep your hands roasty-toasty as you wander the market stalls colouring up the High Street.

You can pick up some cracking stocking fillers, meet acquaintance with your Christmas tree, pick up a welcoming wreath for your front door, and tuck into seasonal treats as you go.

It is one of those events that really is bursting with seasonal spirit, and there's not nearly enough of that, these days.

The Cowper & Newton Museum will also be open between 10am and 4pm, and they waive the  admission charge on this special day – a great excuse to check in with some of our richest history.

Parking is a bit bonkers, but the park and ride scheme is there to take away any stresses.
