HERITAGE OPEN DAYS IN MILTON KEYNES - FREE EVENTS GALORE

The annual celebration of local culture, history and architecture is back - this week 50 free events will be happening right across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. All you have to do is turn up and enjoy.  The only difficulty will be which events to pick.  With so many great opportunities, whittling down the selection can be an arduous task. "The Milton Keynes area has featured on the national timeline of history many times, thanks to its central location and connection to key transport and communication routes," said Milton Keynes Councillor Sarah Betteley. "Don't be misled by the 'new city' tag - there is so much rich history all around us. "Heritage Open Days are a fantastic opportunity to get out and experience it..."
