LISTEN TO THE EXPERTS: MUSIC SEMINAR AT ARTS CENTRAL

Are you a music artist who is struggling with the 'business' side of things? You believe in your sounds, but can't get to grips with the whole business juggernaut... You could benefit from listening to the experts, and at Arts Central on Saturday (Nov 8), you'll have the opportunity to do just that at an all-day seminar, run by industry professionals for people just like you. Leo Prince and Simon Bell have organised RouteMusic so you can soak in knowledge coming from an influential line-up on speakers. DJ Krust is among them. A Mercury Prize winner as a member of Reprezent, he will deliver a two hour talk explaining how to make your music stand out, and make big waves in the industry. Engineer Bob Mac has worked on thousands of tracks, including albums for Wu-Tang Clan and Freeway, MK producer and Criminal Minds main-man DJ Spatts, music publisher Herman Verkade and Tommy Darker, a public speaker on such subjects as music entrepreneurship are all signed up to share their knowledge and experience with you at the event, which runs between 11.30am and 7.30pm.
