WHAT'S UP PUSSY-CAT? MK VETERINARY GROUP TO HOST A SPECIAL FELINE TALK

Is your Persian puss a pensioner? Are your feline’s fangs falling out?

Is your cat a little too claw-some for his own good?

Milton Keynes Veterinary Group is hosting a Cat Talk this Saturday, at their branch at Stoke Road in the Coronation Hall.

And however well you think you know your marvellous moggie, this event will be an eye-opener.

The guest speakers are both internationally renowned veterinary surgeons; Caroline Blundell, co-owner of The Oxford Cat Clinic Referral Centre, and Paul Hobson, owner of Pet Dentists.

Caroline will be sharing her knowledge of the needs of the older cat, while Paul will be giving an overview of the three most common dental problems seen in cats, and how best to prevent them.

Since we started our own Cat Only Clinics at Stoke Road two years ago we have been pleased with their popularity,” said Andre Cilliers, vet and director of the practice.

In fact, we were recently awarded Silver Accreditation as a cat friendly clinic by the International Society of Feline Medicine in recognition of our facilities and the steps we have put in place to keep the environment as stress free as possible.”

There will also be an opportunity to peruse the stalls offered by local cat charities and get some gift ideas for your fur babies this Christmas. It's our favourite thing about Yuletide shopping!

Entry is free, but spaces are limited. If you are interested in popping along, drop an email to info@mkvetgroup.co.uk
