HR (Human Rights), founder and vocalist with Bad Brains will step out on the Esquires stage on Sunday (August 11).
The word 'Legend' gets thrown around far too often these days, but this booking brings Esquires exactly that, with Human Rights, the founder and current vocalist of US hardcore punk band Bad Brains stopping off in Bedford for a rare and intimate UK show.
His solo material tends to be less punk and more reggae than Bad Brains punk/metal sound but he also explores rock and other musical genres.
His wildly aggressive stage performances of earlier years may have mellowed, but you can expect an evening of reggae and rhythm guitar from a true icon.
