Following the announcement that they will be supporting Enter Shikari on their UK tour in January and February, Black Peaks have announced their own dates for the new year.
It's good news for fans in Milton Keynes too, as the band will play The Craufurd Arms on Saturday, February 9.
Black Peaks recently issued the single Fate I, the first part of the final double track, Fate I & II, from the second album, All That Divides, which hit the racks in October to rave reviews.
The album gathered ace reviews across the boards, like this one courtesy of The Independent: “Their sublime second album is massive in every sense of the word. Bringing in Adrian Bushby [Foo Fighters, Muse] was a masterstroke – his production plays a big part in how it offers up vast sonic landscapes that take you on an intense, emotional journey via album highlight Aether, across Slow Seas, and closing on Fate I & II. This feels like a real achievement.”
In 2018, as well as their recent All That Divides headline UK tour – which took in two sold out London shows at The Omeara and The Underworld – the band have toured with across Europe with A Perfect Circle, with Marmozets throughout the UK, and performed a special one-off show for BBC Radio 1 in Swansea as headliner for their Biggest Weekend Fringe Festival.
In the summer, the band played a host of UK and EU festivals including ArcTanGent, Fat Lip, Leeds and Reading, and 2000 Trees.
And 2019 is shaping up to be another belter for the Brighton-based mob.
