The Download Festival camp have tonight (Dec 14) announced a host of bill additions for the 2015 event, being held at Donington Park between June 12 and June 14.
Joining previously announced headliners Slipknot, Muse and Kiss, and special guests Judas Priest, Faith No More and Motley Crue will be Billy Idol, returning for the first time in five years.
“It was a fantastic experience playing at Download 2010 in the teeming rain with the audience completely unfazed,” Billy said.
“So if that was fun, this year should be dynamite!”
Also onboard are Lamb of God, Black Veil Brides, Rise Against, Mallory Knox and a trio of Total MKs favourites – Maryland rockers Clutch, and, making their Download debuts will be balls-out aces Eagles of Death Metal, and Ice-Ts awesome crossover mob Bodycount.
Others announced this evening include Godsmack, Hollywood Undead, Every Time I Die, Parkway Drive and Backyard Babies.
