Infused with the rich cultural heritage of her native County Derry, and possessing a rare and unique voice, Cara is one of the finest exponents of Irish song in music today.
With her five-piece band and partner Sam Lakeman, she is celebrated for entwining traditional and contemporary elements, earning commercial success, critical acclaim and accolades including Album of the Year at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards.
This show is Cara's second in the area in recent times - in early June she sold out the snug of the Song Loft in Stony Stratford
