Weeks of heats are done and dusted and the finalists are lined-up and ready to make perfect noise for you at tomorrow's (May 29) Battle of the Bands Final at MK11.
The first annual event of its sort at the venue gives you a great reason to turn out and enjoy a pint or two, and of course it's the perfect way to tip your ears in the direction of a ripe supply of MK talent.
Through to the final are:
Ross Connor (below): Putting blues rock on the map he took the lead in Heat One
Acoustic folk rock-pop players Betraying Franklin (below), Heat Two winners
Heat Three delivered The Sons (bel0w), and their upbeat, feel-good punk saw them through to the Grand Final
The Young & Restless (below) did the business in Heat Four with a winning blend of pop-punk meets punk rock
Two 'Wild Cards' also go on to compete on Friday – the pop-punk meets power Djent pop of All Tied Up (top), and the classic rock leanings of Skinny Lizard (below).
All six mobs have their eyes on the top prize of a headline date at MK11, but there is a feast of other goodies in the offing too.
Doors open at 7.30pm and admission is a fiver on the doors.
Food and drink offers will be plentiful too – including three large bottles of Carlsberg for six quid.
That's got to be worth a sup or two!
If the music does get too much at the newly spruced venue, fret not – instead make use of one of the cubbyholes available to hide in!
It's a big night with a lot of tunes ready to cut loose – dig in and get your fill of the local sounds.
