Pete & Bas, John Corabi, Raging Speedhorn and more head to Milton Keynes

Wolverton venue The Craufurd Arms goes Unplugged on Tuesday (Nov 29) with a free entry bar side bash with Pip Akers, Soulbaaaby and Chloe Wilson.

Space Pistol are one of the more exciting newcomers to the MK scene in 2022 and they play their first Craufurd headliners on December 2.

A new single, Chokehold is out now and is a gnarly, frantic, noise sensation and they roped in Brian Blessed to take care of some promo. Seriously – it received approval from the bearded boomer.

There's nothing we can add to that. But we can tell share details of the remainder of the bill, which will see Broken Castles in the special guest slot.

The trio is made up of familiar faces from Graveltrap, Phema/Our Man in the Bronze Age and Exploding Ear Ensemble.

Warming the stage up before them, Bruises and Alkylate will be in play.

A day later (Dec 3), take your places for an evening in the company of ace hard rock vocalist John Corabi. We remember him from his days with The Scream, but after that he could be found centre stage with Motley Crue for a few years.

It might be what he's best known for, but don't let that dalliance define him; there have been plenty of other collaborations and music-making in the quarter of a century since his exit from the Crue, and John's voice is still intact today. Unlike some that could be mentioned...

John's autobiography, Horseshoes and Hand Grenades is out now and takes you on his journey from the mean streets of Philadelphia to the Sunset Strip.

Ryan McCombs, the voice of Drowning Pool and Soil will be at the venue the same evening with an acoustic set.

Portugal's dark metal eccentrics Moonspell have just pulled their whole tour so won't now be heading our way, but there is still lots of good stuff on the way.

InMe and Raging Speedhorn have both come through Milton Keynes plenty of times before now, and visits from either are always welcome, but together?

What a tasty double-header their date - on December 9 - promises to be.

Now, you're never too old to rock, nor are you ever too old to dish out hip hop; as Pete & Bas will prove when they visit on December 10; the duo are in their 70s.

They are going down a storm with the youth though, and are smashing the socials too, with 664k followers – Pete & Bas are in the den with the lions on their new banger.

Go join 'em.

Sheffield's Black Spiders creep in on December 17 for some rock n roll with attitude at their last live show of the year, and then MK's own Nerdvana ring in Christmas in style with a big dollop of Nirvana-ness on December 13.
