The family and friends of a man who died in a tragic motorcycle accident will pay tribute to him on the first anniversary of his passing, by holding a fantastic festival in his memory.
Despite wearing full protective gear and a helmet, Shane Goulding, 39, died in a collision on the A5, close to Brickhill last year.
He is survived by his wife, Annie, and children Lisa and Ross (above).
Shenanigan Rally, a two-day event being hosted next weekend (July 18 & 19) at Manor Farm near Hanslope, will raise a packet for charity in Shane's name.
The event will be crammed full of music, bikes and custom cars – three of his biggest passions.
An exhibition of custom and vintage cars and bikes will take the attentions of motor enthusiasts, and attractions will include sumo wrestling, bumper balls and plenty more, courtesy of Asylum Entertainment.
Also colouring up the event will be South Midlands Wrestling and On-Point Dance Studios.
Exhibitors will include Wyrdos Tattoo Studio, Second Chance Jewellery and Unit 18 Automotive.
Representatives from the British Bikers Relief Foundation and The Thames Valley & Chiltern Air Ambulance will be on site all weekend too.
So far as music goes, your ears are in for a crazy time of it!
On Saturday, rock music will roll from midday 'til late with Peartree Bridge Family, Bite Me, Sex Pissed Tools, Chaos Theory, Family of Noise and Groundwave in control of the amps.
On Sunday, traditional Irish music will lead the way between midday and 6pm, to be followed by another rock block – Celtic Invasion, Curvy Love Dogz and The Marz will keep energy levels high.
Hot and cold food vendors will keep you well fed, and a bar will serve the wet stuff.
The community has pulled together for Shenanigan Rally – Togfest promoters have supplied the Marquee, Rock Hard Music are running the PA and the pints are being pulled by bar staff usually found taking orders at The Craufurd Arms.
Ticket prices are as follows:
Adult Day Ticket (over 12's) £12, or buy before July £17 for £10
Child Day tickets are £5, and Family Day Tickets (two adults and two children under 12) are £30
A two day adult pass is £20, a two day children pass is £8, or take a weekend family ticket for £50.
All profits from ticket sales will be split between Air Ambulance and the British Biker Relief Fund.
