While most people are easing back as Christmas approaches, Northamptonshire's indie-pop troupe Sarpa Salpa are ramping things up - with a trio of local shows to play out before the new year arrives.
The band -George (guitar), Marcus (guitar & vox), Charlie (drums) & Ethan (bass) - have been honing their live craft on the regional and national circuit with sell out headline shows, and support slots alongside Inheaven & Electric 6.
This summer the festival circuit was hit hard by them too; They were invited to play at 25 festivals based purely on their music submission rather than the hype of the band.
Sarpa Salpa wrapped the summer outings up with a live show for BBC Introducing at The Big Feastival on Alex James’s Farm.
The buzz is real - give yourselves a little extra present this Christmas and check 'em out at one of these dates:
The Craufurd Arms, Milton Keynes: Friday, December 21
The Lamplighter, Northampton: Friday, December 28
Bedford Esquires: Saturday, December 29
Tickets for all shows are £6 and are now available here
