The team at The Slug & Lettuce don't just know how to extend a warm-welcome, pull a decent pint and serve up ace food – this month they are doing their bit to support Breast Cancer Care too.
Chad and Damien – aka the Power Puff Boys - are taking part in a charity bike ride which will see them in the saddle for a four-day stint during which they'll clock up a whopping 462 miles.
The cash builder will see the boys leave MK on Sunday (Oct 18) from where they'll head to Worcester, Derby, Lincoln and Leicester before jumping in the saddle one last time for the home stretch back to MK.
The jaunt will be competed on full suspension mountain bikes, avoiding as many A road as possible. Their feet to the pedal exercise has a target of £1250.
Give them a wave if you see them on the road – dressed in loud and luminous pink – complete with tutu – they'll be easy to spot!
