Last week’s comedy night at Maaya Indian Kitchen & Bar welcomed a legend of comedy, Bob Mills, who had the packed restaurant in fits of laughter in what was a sensational night of comedy and curry.
The sell out event featured three of the circuit’s top performers fronted by actor and comedian, James Redmond with supporting act, Jimmy James Jones. The event of two halves included a specially created menu for guests and marked the first of Maaya’s new regular comedy nights with Milton Keynes’ organisation The Comedy Cow.
“This was our best ever comedy event and every single person had a great time,” said owner and manager Mo Abdul. “We are now working with The Comedy Cow to put on another event in September.”
