Joe Wicks paid a visit to Milton Keynes earlier today, to meet fans and sign copies of his brand new book, Feel Good Food.
The man whose exercises helped to keep the nation healthy and motivated throughout lockdown was greeted by a great crowd of supporters when he popped to Waterstones bookstore in Midsummer Place.

Many people had queued to meet Joe, but 78-year-old Gillian Whitcroft was thrilled when she stumbled upon the in-store appearance while on a shopping trip to the area.
"I do his exercises online every morning for 10 minutes," she said, before a polite queue jump saw her meet The Body Coach.
Joe is currently on a tour in support of Feel Good Food, and with Milton Keynes behind him, the fitness ace headed off to his second event of day; talking about the release at the Library of Birmingham.
The book is currently occupying the top spot in the UK book charts!
