NEWS: Police appeal after man is seriously injured in collision in Milton Keynes

Police in Milton Keynes are appealing for witnesses after a road traffic collision left a man with serious injuries.

At around 4.30pm on Thursday (December 27) a collision occurred between a pedestrian and a car on the Buckingham bound carriageway of the A421, H8 Standing Way, at Furzton.

The pedestrian, a man in his 50s, was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries, where he remains.

The occupants of the car, a black BMW X3, were not injured.

Investigating officer, PC Ian Stevens said: “We are appealing for witnesses to this incident, where a man suffered serious injuries and is in hospital.

“We would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at this time and may have seen this incident.”
