Gary Higson, of The MBA Design Partnership, has taken over the role from Jade Day, who stepped down due to moving away from the area.
Next Generation Chamber was created by Northamptonshire Chamber and Milton Keynes Chamber in October 2017 to help businesses support and nurture young and aspiring staff who are dedicated to advancing their careers.
Next Generation Chamber committee work alongside Chamber staff to deliver a customer-focussed, varied programme of events for members as well as shape the organisation’s growth.
Gary said: “Joining the Next Generation Chamber committee was a real highlight for me.
"The Next Generation Chamber is a great way to engage young professionals who are looking to progress professionally and I have found it really rewarding already from learning about how to manage stress to networking with other professionals in the area. Being made Vice President is a great chance to get really involved at this exciting early stage.”
Milton Keynes Chamber chief executive Paul Griffiths said: “We are thrilled to welcome Gary to the Next Generation Chamber committee. Gary has been a staunch support of this initiative from the outset and to have his input in shaping its future is very welcome.
