WHAT TIME IS IT? IT'S CHICO TIME!

Former X-Factor finalist Chico be raising temperatures in town on Thursday (April 21), when he leads a tutorial for Bannatyne Health Club instructors.

It's part of a new innovative class being led by Chico, called Block Fit, which will be rolled out not just at Bannatyne Health Club here in MK, but across the UK.

Designed to be a mind, body and soul workout, the class is divided into four sections; 15 minutes of dance, 12 minutes of combat-inspired moves and12 minutes of high-intensity exercises before reaching its conclusion with 12 minutes relaxing yoga.

And so far as the musical accompaniment is concerned? It's all original music written by Chico himself, of course.

Tipped to be the fitness trend of 2016, a typical Block Fit class burns burn between 650 and 1,000 calories and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
