Lauren Hall is currently starring as Cinderella in Milton Keynes Theatre's stand-out production, alongside Brian Conley and Gok Wan.
She talked sprouts, gifts from secret Santa and seasonal stress with Total MK...
What's the one gift you would love to find in your Christmas stocking on December 25 - and why?
I love hand cream, and always have one with me, so a nice smelling one.
You've got a busy season ahead, so how will you relax on Christmas Day? Talk us through your day...
Chilled morning, quiet dinner with the hubby, then an evening of games with friends.
What are the television essentials on the big day - what will you be watching, and why?
The Crown! I love a period drama at Christmas. An annual watching of Miracle on 34th Street on Christmas Eve is also a family tradition.
Christmas pudding: A must-do, or a must-avoid?
I can never fit it in, but I always try!
Do you have a preferred Christmas Carol, and pop tune?
I literally love them all! All I want for Christmas, Last Christmas, Santa Baby, Wonderful Christmas Time…
Have you had any serious Christmas dinner mishaps in the kitchen? If so, what?
No, but that’s only because my responsibilities end after peeling/ chopping veg (how embarrassing!)
Brussels sprouts, or no Brussels sprouts?
Sprouts!
What’s the most bizarre gift you’ve received?
A label maker. But I got so excited about it and use it all the time! Secret Santa knew me well last year.
What’s the most stressful part of Christmas?
Sending cards. I always forget someone and have to do a mad dash to get it to them. I really need to make a list for next year.
Can you describe the ugliest Christmas jumper you’ve worn?
I’m allergic to wool so have managed to get away with the bad knitwear.
Now tell us why we need to come and see Cinderella - what makes this production a must-see?
Gok & Brian’s bro-mance is not to be missed!
