GALLERY: COMPANY MK GO WILD WITH ACORN ANTIQUES
It can be a struggle mustering up the enthusiasm to leave the warmth of home and the central heating (hands up anyone who hasn't switched it on at least once in recent weeks?) to go out into the dark, depressing Autumnal night in search of entertainment.
But when Company MK are the ones doing the entertaining, you really can't afford not to go.
From Wednesday (Oct 22), the group will deliver their production of Victoria Wood's spoof soap opera, Acorn Antiques...the Musical!
"After the dark tale of Into the Woods, it's great to do a show that's completely different," explained steering group member Alex Taylor.
"Acorn Antiques has some great laughs, some great songs and, most important of all, some great macaroons.
"Audiences are going to love it!"

Miss Babs and Miss Berta are fighting to save Acorn Antiques from the evil clutches of the Guilty Bean and Botox Booth franchises.
Will they find their long lost triplet and reclaim their inheritance? Will Mr Clifford regain his memory, and will Mrs Overall get that stubborn mark off the candlewick?
There's only one way to find out, and, contrary to Harry Hill, it ain't by having fisticuffs, but by taking a ticket to the show which goes live at The Chrysalis Theatre in Willen from Wednesday (Oct 22) and through to Saturday, October 25.
