How best to celebrate a milestone than to go back to where it all started? That was the thought-process of the good folks responsible for Tread the Boards theatre group, which will mark its 30th birthday by staging a revival of their first ever show, Bedroom Farce.
The beginnings of TTB can be traced back to Newport Pagnell in 1986 – the same year Spitting Image and Wham! were chart toppers in the singles chart!
Today, the group meets every Monday evening at Wavendon Gate Pavilion and is always open to new members, so don't be shy, do give them a try.
First things first, though, and we suggest a trip to see Bedroom Farce, which goes live at The Chrysalis Theatre this Thursday and Friday evening (April 21 & 22).
A couple whose marriage is on the rocks inflict their miseries on three couples whose own relationships could be considered tenuous at best.
Taking place in three bedrooms over the course of one particularly traumatic Saturday night, beds and tempers are ruffled in riotous fashion!
Tickets are on sale at £10 (concessions £8) and you get them by tapping to www.tread-the-boards.org.uk
TTB have given MK three decades of entertainment.
It's only right and proper that you pull up a pew and help them celebrate their big 3-0 in style.
