Members of the public are invited to the Milton Keynes Dance Centre on Sunday (Feb 11), where members will be dancing and jiving from Noon ‘til 9pm for Willen Hospice.
Last year's Jiveathon event raised more than £1000 for Willen Hospice, and organisers are hoping to swell that figure considerably this time around.
Here's what's on the boogie menu:
- Absolute Beginners Workshops will be available in the large ballroom all day at various times
- Live Performance from ‘Rockin’ the Joint’ , Gary Beckwith & Laura Christie
- Dance demonstrations and performances from children and adults
- Food and drink stands
- Extra Fundraising opportunities such as a raffle with an opportunity for businesses to donate prizes
