It's not quite 'Night at the Museum' and Ben Stiller won't be in attendance, but in Olney the Cowper & Newton Museum, home of the late poet William Cowper, will be opening later this Friday (May 13) as part of the National Museums at Night scheme.
The open evening will be taking place in the walled garden between 6.30pm and 8.30pm.
And if you haven't been previously, their traditional flower and vegetable gardens are delightful, not least by candlelight.
Admission is £2, refreshments by donation.
