Milton Keynes group ‘Heart and Music’ will be in concert to mark the 800th anniversary of All Saints’ Church in Loughton.
The well-known group, led by musical director Malcolm Crane, was formed to sing concerts to raise funds for good causes and had its first performance at All Saints’ back in September 2010.
The event, on Saturday, April 21, will include a selection of pieces from musical theatre, traditional songs, folk songs, pop songs, religious songs and fun pieces too.
Tickets are £9 in advance, £11 on door for adults, which includes tea or coffee and cake; over 60s are £8/10, children under 16 £5.

All funds raised will support the work of All Saints’ in the local community and help to maintain the beautiful Church building.
All Saints’ has records of its first minister, or Rector, back in 1218, which means there’s been 800 years of services and prayers and thousands of people coming together in this special building.
It is celebrating its 800th anniversary throughout the whole of 2018 with a series of different events and services. These include a Fete on Saturday, June 9 between midday and 4pm, supported by Loughton Scouts and Loughton WI, and a Heritage Open Weekend September 8 and 9 at the Church with a Flower Festival and Textile Exhibition.
