Forget the traditional teddy-bears picnic – this Bank Holiday Weekend Xscape is hosting an event with more bounce - Teddy Tennis.
On Saturday and Sunday (August 29 & 30), Xscape will be hosting the unique sports experience in the mall for children aged two to six years, helping them to get active, have fun and learn to play tennis for free.
Combining music, pictures and stories Teddy Tennis creates a totally immersive and interactive learning environment to keep the little ones entertained and learn a new skill.
The event sits under Xscape’s Unplugged banner; encouraging families to adopt a digital detox this summer and go gadget free with a variety of activities and events for all ages to enjoy.
“Teddy Tennis creates a multi-sensory environment for children to learn to play tennis, exercise and most importantly have fun!” said Nick Raper, Head Coach of Teddy Tennis in Milton Keynes.
“We’re really excited to be a part of Xscape Unplugged, and will be running a variety of programmes starting in September throughout the region for children to take part in Teddy Tennis.”
