Walk off the excesses of Christmas Day with a brisk walk on Boxing Day in the company of the Milton Keynes Ramblers.
All are welcome to join with the regulars at their starting point of the Caldecotte Windmill car park at 10am.
A pair of sturdy boots and some snuggly attire and you'll be well equipped for the wander around Brickhill Woods and the Grand Union Canal.
It will be muddy, and Rover isn't invited along for this walk. He'll be happy at home watching the festive re-runs anyway...
