Sarah Callaghan took her funnies to the stage for the first time in 2010, quickly making her mark by becoming a Funny Women finalist a year later.
In 2013 she won the Up The Creek ‘One To Watch’ award and was also a finalist in the Leicester Square Theatre New Act Competition.
Since then she has whipped up a storm at some of the most prestigious comedy venues and festivals in the UK.
Time Out Magazine declared her 'One to Watch' in 2014 and in 2015 she took her critically-acclaimed debut hour show Elephant to the Edinburgh Fringe.
A confessional exploration of escape and ambition, Elephant received great reviews across the board and Sarah was widely heralded as an exciting new comedic voice.
She took the show to the Soho Theatre for a run of shows in 2016, again to acclaim, and then on to the Perth and Sydney Comedy Festivals in Australia. August 2016 saw her return to the Fringe with eagerly-awaited follow-up, 24.
On Sunday (March 5) she will be raising the smiles at The Cannon in Newport Pagnell, with support courtesy of John Hastings.
