With the British summer holidays now in full swing, Copa Beach is back, for the seventh time, at thecentre:mk. One hundred tonnes of sand has been brought in-centre, and a carousel, candy floss, ice cream stand and deck chairs added to create Milton Keynes’s very own seaside resort.
This one-of-a-kind, free visitor attraction is a chance for the whole family to have a fun-filled day out, no matter what the weather this summer.
And good old-fashioned, traditional entertaiment presents itself with The Punch and Judy Show at Copa Beach every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday during August. Show times are 11.00am, 12.30pm,2.00pm and 3.30pm.
Cabana Village has also taken root in centre:mk’s very own Queens Court bringing food, a taste of the tropics and summer entertainment to visitors.
The aim is for it to be a family-fun destination, where visitors can enjoy a series of live DJ sets and performances during weekends, a bar and a selection of cabanas selling mouth-watering food and drink.
Both the Copa Beach and Cabana Village will be open until Sunday, September 4, the perfect place to relax and indulge after a spot of retail therapy...
