IT'S NO COCK & BULL STORY - IT'S THE RETURN OF THE REAL BEER FESTIVAL
The twelfth annual Cock & Bull Real Beer Festival will be lubricating beer favourers this week (Friday and Saturday September 12 & 13), at York House Centre in Stony Stratford.
What's on the menu?
"The usual array of local and not-so-local beers and ciders, with some delicious old favourites and delightful new tastes..." say those who will be serving up the good stuff.
But that won 't be all: "Fairtrade wines, juices and snacks, and charming and efficient bar staff," are also promised, which will be a treat in itself, right?
A spoken-word gathering will also be bolstered by an open mic session, so if you feel like having a go, your stage awaits.
On Saturday night, live music will come from Carascon, Mitchell and Mercer.
The beer festival, as ever, is free to attend, and is a great place to stop by for a pint of something palatable while also catching-up with the locals.
It runs from noon to 11pm both days.
See you at the bar...
