If you are looking for Christmas presents, but want something other than the usual shop options, a trip to Old Farm Park this Saturday (Oct 22) could be a good shout.
MK Friends of Milton Keynes Hospital & Community will be hosting its autumn fayre at the Britten Grove Community Centre.
The charity group held its spring fair at the same venue, but this time they have opened up the event to other stallholders, and as a result a wide range of stalls will be offering Christmas goods: personalised gifts, jewellery, resin, henna, crystals, dog accessories, bath and body products, wax melts and garden items among them.

And with the spooky season edging closer, face painting and Halloween games will be added attractions.
Of course the MK Friends stall will be there, with a chance to win on their tombola, and they'll be helping you to keep your shopping energies up - with cake and refreshments waiting to tempt you1
Times are lean, but the fayre is being held to swell funds for Milton Keynes Hospital and community projects, so if you can spare some change, please pop it in the pot.
The event runs between midday and 4.30pm.
