The bustling Mótus Dance Festival continues this weekend (Sunday, May 19) with a contemporary dance workshop.
The event is open to professionals, hobbyists, movers and groovers.
But even if you’ve never experienced contemporary dance before, you'll be just as welcome - this is your chance to try it with the spectacularly talented Namron.
A founding member of London Contemporary Dance Theatre, Namron’s career spans over 55 years and he has worked and danced choreographies created by Siobhan Davies, Robert Cohan, Alvin Ailey, Robert North and Richard Alston - to name a few.
Namron’s teaching experience is extensive; with over half a century under his belt he will take you through his approach to contemporary dance with a lot of fun along the way.
Be prepared to sweat, laugh and see history in motion.
The event will run between 2pm and 5pm. To book tickets click here
