Milton Keynes Playday is excited to announce that the opener for this year’s event has been confirmed; Paddington™!
Paddington will be in Campbell Park on Wednesday, August 7 between 11am and 4pm.
Paddington will open the event from the main stage in the morning and will then be making personal appearances in the park at intervals throughout the day.
Don’t forget to bring your camera as there will be plenty of opportunities to take photos.
“We are so pleased Paddington will join us for the incredibly popular event this year," said Emma Stace, chair of the organising committee.
"Paddington will meet with children of all ages, making it a highlight for MK Playday 2019."
MK Playday is the largest free play event held in Milton Keynes. The event provides fun, free accessible activities for all children, young people and their families across Milton Keynes as part of the nationally recognised Playday which celebrates children’s right to play and highlights the importance of play in children’s lives.
