RSPB North Bucks Group reach for their wellies!

RSPB’s North Bucks Group has a field trip planned for December.

You don't need to be a local group or even an RSPB member to join these events, indeed, the local group welcome visitors.

On Sunday (December 2), there will be a trip to Brandon Marsh Nature Reserve in Warwickshire.

This is Warwickshire Wildlife Trust's flagship reserve with a visitor centre, café, shop and toilets.

Entry costs £2.50 (£1.50 concession or free to Wildlife Trust members). It consists of mature gravel pits, marsh and wet woodland which hold many species including winter finches.

Past visits have produced peregrine and even an otter on one occasion. Paths are wet and narrow and, unfortunately, not suitable for wheelchairs or buggies.

Wellies are advisable!

Meet for a 10am start in the free car park signed off a minor road one-and-a-half miles west of Brandon, SE of Coventry. SP 386 761 CV3 3GW
