The easiest way to spice up your weekend is by popping over to Frosts Chilli Festival, which has opened its doors for some fiery fun this morning.
While the chilli has long been a friend in the kitchen, if the most adventurous you get is chopping them into a spag-bol, you really need to wake up and spice up, and a visit to the Woburn Sands garden centre is the best way to do it.
Saucy propositions are everywhere at the festival, with wonderful (and perhaps just a little unnerving) names including Certain Death and Betty Swollocks!
Fancy a sweet treat? Chilli chocolate will take care of that, and there's even cute little cup-cakes with a kick!
Alcoholic beverages are ready when you are, but even if you are a tee-total, the chilli-factor can add flavour to your fizz – and the Pimento is a must try.
It's a taste sensation and yours to enjoy daily through to Monday, with live music and entertainment running across all days.
And don't forget to pick up a not-so-humble chilli plant or two before you leave...
