The Comedy Club is back at Wonderworld in town this Saturday (July 25) with three tiers of comedy class.
This time around, Kevin McCarthy is hosting. Punters can expect his appetite for topical mirth to be second to none, and he'll have the hardest of crowds eating out of his hand – and watching their backs, because he's as sharp as the sharpest knife in the box!
When not doing these gigs, he can be found as a regular warm-up act on Later with Jools Holland.

Paul Pirie is also on the bill, replacing Rhodri Rhys. It's no joke. But Pirie will be the perfect wit-bringer.
Mike McClean is last into the spotlight this week, making a welcome return for the stand-up, TV presenter and actor.
We've woken up with him a few times in the past. After all he was the roving reporter on the much morning TV show, Big Breakfast.
