Milton Keynes Ramblers extend an invitation for you to join them for this Sunday's (July 31) walk which sets off from the car park behind Newport Pagnell Medical Centre at 10am.
The eight mile circular walk will see you go via Gayhurst and Lathbury. It may be muddy, so go prepared!
And leave Rover at home – this walk isn't suitable for canines.
