You are invited to join Raymond Blanc on Tuesday, October 24 as Brasserie Blanc Milton Keynes celebrates its 10th birthday.
To mark the anniversary Raymond will be hosting a special dinner, with a limited number of tickets on sale to the public.
Guests will be treated to what Brasserie Blanc does best - fresh seasonal dishes all cooked from scratch such as wild mushroom ravioli with hazelnut, sage and balsamic dressing, all topped and tailed with an amuse bouche and dessert.
Following the delicious supper, guests will be given the chance to quiz Raymond, with a Q&A session where he may well reveal the secret to a perfect soufflé, or explain to diners just what gives the very best French food that 'je ne sais quoi'.
Tickets for the evening cost £50, including a glass of Joseph Perrier Champagne and three courses from a specially created birthday menu.
