GIG OF THE WEEK: PEARL JAM AT THE NATIONAL BOWL

Tickets are still available for Pearl Jam's date at The National Bowl tomorrow (Friday, July 11). The Seattle stalwarts have chosen to wrap up their European tour here in the new city, following on from shows in the Netherlands, Italy, Austria, German Sweden and Norway. Pearl Jam issued their much anticipated 10th album late last year, and Lightning Bolt lived up to its name - debuting at Number Two on the UK charts - their highest chart position here since the release of Vs back in the early 1990s! The release fared just as well elsewhere.  At home in America it became their fifth number one album, and also took the top spot on iTunes in more than 50 countries. The long-time Total MK favourites are bringing a great support cast along for their MK bash - with OFF! and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club also on the musical menu.
